Melatonin 3 mg is a food supplement that contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep and to the alleviation sleep disorders.
Melatonin 3 mg tablets contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep* and to the alleviation of subjective feelings, especially of those of jet lag**.
* The beneficial effect is obtained when consuming 1 mg of melatonin before bedtime.
** The beneficial effect is obtained when taking a minimum dose of 0.5 mg of melatonin before bedtime on the first day of the trip, and the next few days after arrival at the destination.
Recommended intake for adults: 1 tablet per day, before bedtime.
The tablets should be swallowed with a sufficient amount of water.
